1. What information does Konstruction Zone collect from and about Registered Users?

1.1 Personal information about you and your child.

Federal law prohibits conditioning children's participation on providing more information than is necessary to allow their participation in an activity. The ChildrenZ's Online Privacy Protection Act requires that a website such as this one notify parents of children under the age of thirteen (13) as to the type of personal information collected about children, how the information is collected and used, and to whom it is disclosed. COPPA also requires that Konstruction Zone obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") before allowing children under the age of thirteen to use certain features of the Website.

Konstruction Zone does not request any personally identifying information from or about Children and attempts to avoid collecting personal information from or about Children. When a Parent registers a Child on the Website by creating a Builder ID, we will ask for the Parent's email address. By providing his or her email address, the Parent: (a) represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of any Child whom Parent registers on the Website; and (b) agrees to Konstruction Zone's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about Child in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We collect and use Parent email addresses solely for the purposes of confirming parental consent for the Child's registration, conducting user surveys, providing information about new offerings, and sending any notices of material changes to this Privacy Policy (see Section 4 below).

1.3 Cookies.

The Website uses cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that a website sends to a user's computer while the user is viewing the website. 4.2 Modification of Privacy Policy.

Konstruction Zone reserves the right to modify, add, or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to materially change this Privacy Policy, we will email Parent at the last known email address and/or post those changes on the Website. Please check the Website periodically for changes. Any material changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice or thirty (30) calendar days following posting of a notice of the changes on the Website. At all times, Parent is responsible for updating Parent's information to ensure that Konstruction Zone has Parent's current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that Parent provided Konstruction Zone is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to Parent the notice described above, Konstruction Zone's dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. If you do not wish to permit changes in Konstruction Zone's use of the information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to cancel the Child's registration.

At any time, Parents may withdraw consent for the collection and/or use of their Child's personal information and/or demand that all such information be removed from Konstruction Zone's records by e-mailing Konstruction Zone at support@konstructionzone.com
