ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR REGISTERED USERS
In addition to the terms listed above, in order to enjoy the benefits of being a registered user, you must agree to the following terms, which are part of the Agreement:
1. You will need to provide personal information, which must be complete and accurate, in order to register. This information will be subject to our Privacy Policy. You must keep your personal information up-to-date. You can change it by editing your Builder account information at: http://konstructionzone.com/account_edit.htm or by following the appropriate menus located within the Parent's Area portion of the website. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. If we have reason to believe that the information you provided is not complete or accurate, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel your registration. You also authorize us to make any necessary inquiries to validate your information, and to alter, delete, move or transfer your information at any time in our sole discretion.
2. You will be issued a "Builder ID" (username) and password. A Builder ID should never be your real name or the name of anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and you are responsible for all uses of your Builder ID, whether or not authorized by you. Your Builder ID and password grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.
3. With the broader communication rights for registered users come broader responsibilities. Remember that users will be of varying ages and skill levels. We do not permit any spamming or off-topic material. We prohibit any submission on public chats of any individually identifiable information, such as real name, address, phone numbers, etc.
4. You will have the opportunity to earn or purchase our fictional Konstruction Zone "KoinZ." We reserve the right to charge fees for the right to use the KoinZ, but we may also distribute them at no charge in our sole discretion. KoinZ are for use only at the Site and have no monetary value, are not redeemable and are not transferable to another user. Konstruction Zone also retains the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate the KoinZ as it determines in its sole discretion, without any liability to you.
5. Although we will try to post scheduled maintenance dates and times, the Site is subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions. If you discover that a feature of the Site is not working properly, you may contact us at support@konstructionzone.com. You agree that Konstruction Zone has no liability for any service interruptions.
